Introduction
A gas alarm is a flameproof safety device that can rapidly, reliably, and stably continuously detect gas concentration in industrial production. When the detected gas concentration reaches the preset alarm value of the gas alarm, the alarm will trigger an alert and drive external equipment to remind on-site staff to take necessary protective measures, which can prevent gas-induced combustion accidents.
Working principle of the gas alarm: The alarm installed on-site operates with power supply. When a gas leak occurs, the sensor converts the detected leak amount into a corresponding voltage signal for output. After the voltage signal is processed by the alarm, the data is uploaded and displayed on the screen. When the concentration reaches the set action value, the alarm will trigger an alert and drive external equipment.
A gas alarm is a fixed instrument that can continuously detect the concentration of oxygen, toxic and harmful gases, or flammable and explosive gases in the working environment.
The gas alarm adopts a diffusion method to real-time convert the gas concentration signal at the monitoring point into an electrical signal. After the signal is amplified, it undergoes A/D sampling, temperature compensation, and intelligent calculation by the CPU to process the measurement result. If the measured value exceeds the preset alarm concentration, an alarm signal will be issued.
The gas alarm features a dual-chamber design, special imported sensors, and the sensors adopt a modular design, making calibration and adjustment more convenient. It has superior performance, high stability, can output multiple sets of signals, and is easy to install and maintain, meeting the high reliability requirements of industrial site equipment.
